Before the doors even opened, Coles 735 Main has been generating buzz throughout the Lexington community and beyond.  As renovations were underway to this historic building, our neighbors and even some of the local press stopped by to take a look.  With Executive Chef Cole Arimes' Lexington heritage and distinctive culinary style, we have a feeling that Coles will keep people talking long after opening.  Check out the links below to see some of our recent press mentions.
